The Winter Park Town Hall is located at 50 Vasquez Road, at the corner of Vasquez Road and Lions Gate Drive, one block west of US Highway 40.

The Winter Park Town Hall is open from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Council meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month.

Parks & Gardens

You may not reserve the shelter however we have a bulletin board located at the park if you wish to inform others of your event.

Each development is different (single family, multi-family, platting, zoning, etc.) and require similar yet different information. The following links should provide the basic requirement information for your particular development. Please contact the Planning Department staff for more information.

Banner Permits are issued for businesses or activities in Winter Park during the spring, summer and fall only. Banners are limited to 30 sq. ft. in size and must have a colored background. Permits are $30.00. Please complete the application and return to the Planning Deparment with full payment. Please contact the Planning Department with additional questions.

Currently there are two attainable housing projects in Winter Park - Hideaway Junction and Miller's Inn Condominiums. Hideaway Junction is being developed by the Town of Winter Park utilizing monies collected from the Affordable Housing Fee. This development will consist of approximately 40 units when complete. The first phase of Hideaway Junction is nearing completion and consists of 10 detached single family homes. For more information please contact Kathy Spencer at (970) 726-8081 ext. 201. Miller's Inn Condominiums is managed by the Grand County Board of County Commissioners. Miller's Inn is a former lodging property that was condominiumized for sale as attainable housing. You can print a copy of the request form from the link provided and mail it in with your payment or stop by the Police Department to fill out a form. The Police Department is located at 79050 Main St, inside Winter Park Station.

As a general guideline, the Town utilizes 10 to 20 feet on each side of the road for street maintenance, drainage and snow storage, depending on where you live. Citizens should be aware that snow operations may require use of the full width of the asphalt and the full 30 foot right-of-way on each side of the road centerline.

The Town of Winter Park does not allow on-street parking anywhere in the Town limits. On-street parking is only allowed in designated areas on U.S. Highway 40.
|

|
When you consider the number of driveways in town, it would be very costly and time consuming. Our primary duty is to keep the roadway system open. Current budgets and staffing levels will not allow this type of work. Our crews try to keep this situation to a minumum.
